Mel Watson is our Sales and Marketing Manager at Marnong Estate. Mel comes to us with 15 years' experience in the hospitality industry and a strong background in events. Her main focus for the last 5 years has been in Sales and she arrives at Marnong with passion and excitement. Mel cannot wait to host your Marnong experience from Mid 2018.

Matt Coates

Matt is returning home to Melbourne after spending six months as Executive Chef at Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour. Before his stint in Sydney, he had operated the kitchens at leading Melbourne hotels such as Crown Casino Melbourne and Intercontinental Melbourne.

Talented and dedicated to his craft, Matt is excited to be returning home to Melbourne and leading the team at Marnong Estate’s Bankvale Run with a menu that reflects the unique “Paddock to Plate” theme of the restaurant.

His approachable menu will be inspired by fresh, high quality ingredients and offer first-class Angus Cattle that is produced and farmed on the property.
