Yes, all guests must be fully vaccinated to attend, medical exemptions must be recorded on your immunisation history statement and COVID 19 digital certificate. Failure to provide a valid certificate will be denied entry.
Marnong Estate is a fully licensed venue that does not permit any external catering or beverages of any kind. Marnong Estate follows a strict RSA and we do not permit any straight shots or bottles of spirits on the guests' tables.
You’re more than welcome to bring any table décor. Any suppliers that you do organise will need to fit in with bump in and out times discussed with your coordinator (please keep in mind that it is a requirement that any suppliers must have a valid public liability certificate)
** Please note we do not allow confetti, confetti balloons, sparklers, or fireworks.
To secure your booking we require our function booking agreement to be completed, signed and returned to us together with a $500 deposit. No booking will be considered confirmed until the signed contract and deposit have been received.

All functions do require to be confirmed and paid in full 7 days prior to the date of the function.
In our Woolshed and Green Grove our menu is designed as a sharing feast that is shared along with the table. Additional platters or food stations need to be pre-organised with your event coordinator. Our Angliss Room serve a beautiful alternate drop menu that will leave your guestsfully satisfied.
Yes- we have options available for suppliers; $55 per person for a main meal and non-alcoholic soft drink package alternatively you can have them on your same menu selection as your guests, costed at the same price point.
